Cisco sales executive Carl Wiese has called collaboration “the business opportunity of the decade.” That’s a big claim. The proclamation initially struck me as hyperbole, pure adspeak. The more I’ve explored the subject, the more I’ve come to believe that collaboration is, indeed, a tool of enormous potential value for most businesses and organizations.
